Today, tourists and residents alike gathered at the Keller Center to

technical difficulties, and our customers are mostly pleased with the new

notifications when out-of-stock products are refilled. One thing that’s

surprising me, though, is how different age groups are responding to the

Web site design. The results on this graph are, um, not what I expected.

Jen, I want you to look into why this age group is the happiest with the

site. Hopefully we can use that information to boost overall satisfaction.
