Medha worked as Venue Manager for The Global BuddhistCongregation2011organizedbyAshokaMission.Itwasattendedbyover800delegatesandobservers fromBuddhistorganizationsandinstitutions fromaround theworldwherein she took care of thosedelegateswhostayedinTheOberoi,NewDelhi.Shewasmentoringateamofsixmemberswithdifferentsectionsoflodging,logisticsandvenue.Shedidthatasafreelancer.

§ ICICIBank(2012-2014)

Medha joined ICICI Bank after completion of PG in Banking andFinance from ICICI Manipal Academy, Bangalore. She joined asAssistant Manager in New Delhi and worked on many differentprofilesforthenexttwoyears.FormostofthetenuresheworkedasaPrivilegeBankerwhereinshehandledaportfolioofmorethan1000clientsforbank.

§ HDFCBank(2015-2017)

After ICICI bank,Medha joinedHDFCBank as DeputyManager forprofileTellerAuthorizer andworked there fornext twoyears. Shehandledateamof4-5memberstakingcareofsuccessfuldaytodaybranchoperationalwork.

In2018,MedhajoinedIndusIndBankasSeniorManager,handlesaportfolioofPremierorhighnetworthcustomersofthebank.Sheisresponsibleformaintainingproperco-ordinationandcommunicationbetweenbankandtheirpremierclients.
