INSULATE NEW DUCT AND PIPE CAPS.
SUPPLY AIR DUCTWORK AND PIPING NOT SHOWN HATCHED IS TO BE RETAINED, ANY DAMAGE
TO EXISTING INSULATION AND DUCTS TO BE REPAIRED TO MATCH EXISTING.
DEMOLITION OF EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR WALLS, ROOF CEILING AND FLOORS TO BE
SEQUENCED WITH THE OWNER. IN AREAS WHERE ADJACENT OCCUPANCIES ARE
NOT IN THE DEMOLITION AREA BUT AFFECTED BY NOISE OF DEMOLITION, OR WHERE TRADE REQUIRES ACCESS TO EXISTING OCCUPIED SPACES, CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE TIMES OF
WORK THROUGH THE OWNER.
DEMOLISHED WORK SHALL INCLUDE FOR TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT WORK (I.E. SERVICE DIMENSIONS) REQUIRED TO KEEP ACTIVE PREMISES IN OPERATION. COORDINATE TIMES,
ACCESS, TEMPORARY HOARDING, TEMPORARY SCAFFOLDING, TOOL/LIGHT POWER REQUIREMENTS AND
OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS NEEDED TO COMPLETE WORK WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR
IN OCCUPIED AREA AT NIGHT OR IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OWNER APPROVED SCHEDULE.
INCLUDE FOR DISPOSAL (FROM SITE) OF ALL REMOVED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES,
DUCTWORK, PIPING, PLUMBING, ETC. INCLUDING INSULATION AND HANGERS.
MECHANICAL TRADES BIDDING DEMOLITION WORK SHALL ALLOW FOR A FULL DAY ON SITE TO REVIEW EXISTING MECHANICAL SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT IN DEMOLITION AND RENOVATED
PATCH AND MAKE GOOD (TO BASE BUILDING STANDARDS) MECHANICAL COMPONENTS AND
FINISHES DAMAGED DURING THE RENOVATION. PROVIDE INSULATED CAPPED CURBS EQUAL
TO OR BETTER THAN ROOF R-VALUE FOR FANS, GOOSE NECK OPENINGS AND VENTS BEING
ADDED AND REMOVED.

3) Existing flow rate not available. Contractor install circuit balancing valve in system and have balancing contractor confirm flow and pressures of existing pump prior to demolition. Contractor to carry costs for supply and installation of a new Grundfos Magna Pump as specified.
4) Existing flow rate not available. Contractor engage balancing contractor prior to demolition to confirm flows and pressures of existing pump. Existing Pump model is B&G Series 60 1.25 x 5.25. Contractor to carry costs for that supply and installation of a new Grundfos Magna pump that is equipavelent to the existing pump.
