1 INSULATION INSPECTION

1.01 Visual check for no mechanical damage and cleanliness.

1.02 Check insulation type is correct and installed as per specification.

1.03 Check insulation thickness and material is correct as per specification.

1.04 Check ancillaries (Capour barrier, heat tracing) is installed, where required.

1.05 Check that all penetrations conform to the specification requirement.

2 FIREPROOFING INSPECTION

2.01 Visual check for no mechanical damage and cleanliness.

2.02 Fireproofing material is correct as per specification.

2.03 Check surface preparation and finish is acceptable.

2.04 Tie coat is installed in accordance with specification where required.

2.05 Check that all penetrations conform to the specification requirement.

Note: Tick all check item under OK - Satisfactory; N/A - Not Applicable; Punch items(s) are to be PL.
