    HEARTILY WELCOME

    Initially our Academic Calendar was

    designed with the guidelines and approval of the

    Chairman Dr. Kundlik Girhepunje, the Director

    Dr. Ranju Pal and the School Principal Shubhada

    Joshi (Vyas) and the same was implemented for

    the Academic Year 2018-19 successfully and

    achieved laurels to the organization.

    We are delighted to announce the following

    INTRODUCTION OF HOUSE ACTIVITIES

    In our MDN Future School We Have “AIR, EARTH, FIRE, WATER” Houses .In order to groom and bring out inner talent we conduct various in-house competitions for students such as painting on different things, writing, yoga, and reading, Sports, Dance , Singing & Instrumental Competition, Spell Bee, Math Bee, Rangoli Competition (Mother Earth).

    The Investiture Ceremony and Republic Day Celebration of MDN Future School, Lakhani

    for the academic year 2018-19 was held on 15th Aug, 2019 for which the Chief Guest was

    Dr. Unnati Datar , Guest of Honor Dr. Bhavana Rai, Chairman of the School Dr. Kundlik

    Ghirhepunje, Dr.Ranju Pal Ghirhepunje, The school Director, Mrs. Shubhada Joshi (Vyas)

    were present. The Ceremony started by lighting the lamp,as Light signifies removal of

    darkness and the flame denotes the path of wisdom and divinity and followed by the

    prayer and song by the school choir. The ceremony was followed by excellent cultural

    fest.

    WORKSHOP ( ROAD SAFETY RULES)

    workshop on road safety rules had been conducted for the students. Officials from traffic department Mr. guided the students and made them aware regarding following traffic rules

    and regulations.

    VNIT SCIENCE EXHIBITION

    This was Conducted by VNIT Nagpur Collage.

    Students from grade 3rd to 5th participated in the science exhibition hosted by VNIT College Nagpur and begged consolation prize by presenting extraordinary Tornado,

    Earthquake, volcano science model on the theme of natural disasters. It was highly appreciated and praised by the entire panel of judges.

    National Dance & Music Competition

    National Dance & Music Competition Students from Primary section participated and

    brought laurels to the school by securing second position.

    DENTAL HEALTH CHECKUP

    Workshop on dental hygiene was conducted by the renowned Dentist of the town Dr. Pankaj Girhepunje. Students were educated regarding importance of dental hygiene and

    dental care. All the students from ESP and PSP had undergone dental checkup.

    DONATION DRIVE

    Students from ESP and PSP visited Aamgaon orphanage and Donated clothes, Eatables, Books & stationary Items to orphan on the occasion of the children’s day. Students learnt

    importance of sharing and caring and enjoyed interaction with the orphans.

    FIELD TRIP

    Various IM Based field trips were organized for the students of ESP and PSP, under the “Taking Action” 6th stage of IM (Inquiry Module). They explored themselves on their

    practical front and also got exposure regarding learned topics by interacting with various officials .

    BONVOYAGE

    one of the most successful event of session 2018-19 Bonvoyage a platform showcasing diversified India with united vision. Students from PSP presented different states their scenic beauty their culture their habitats through wonderful artwork and amazed the audience. The event was highly appreciated by the viewers the best state presentation

    award had been given to Green House.

    SPECIAL ASSEMBLY’S & CELEBRATIONS

    To develop the instinct of togetherness and team work and boosting students moral confidence and stage daring different celebrations were

    conducted during the session 2018-19. Students were encourage to donate books and saplings and were doing plantations on their birthdays.

    COLOUR CELEBRATION DAY

    The MDN FUTURE SCHOOL LAKHANI kindergarten students celebrated their Colour Concept Day with fun and enthusiasm in the school premises. All the children from the ESP department,and

    their teachers, were dressed colourfully to celebrate this occasion. The classrooms too were decorated with different colours to welcome our children. Our tiny tots looked beautiful with their

    coloured attires. The day began with a short prayer and continued with various activities like singing rhymes and jingles on colours, color identification game etc. They were taught to make balls with coloured papers. All the children enjoyed this special day and went home with smiles on their face. Themotive of celebrating Colour Concept day is to create awareness in children on different

    colours. Through these activities children develop psychomotor and cognitive skills.

    POLA CELEBRATION & BULL ODE RACING

    SHEE KISHNA JANMASHTAMI

    Krishna Janmaashtami, also known simply as Janmaashtami or Gokulaashtami, is an annual Hindu

    festival that celebrates the birth of Krishna, the eighth avatar of Vishnu. It isanimportant festival

    particularly to the Vaishnavism tradition of Hinduism. Dance-drama enactments of the life of

    Krishna according to the Bhagavata Purana, devotional singing through the midnight when Krishna is

    believed to have been born, fasting, a night vigil and a festival on the following day are a part of the

    Janmashtami celebrations. All the children dressed up in traditionally where as some boys dressed up like

    ‘BalGovind’ and some girls dressed up like ‘Radha’. A ‘Maktiphod’ event was organized and the children

    danced to the tunes of Govinda aala re aala.

    GANESH CHATURTHI

    The MDN Students celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi with great pomp and show. It is celebrated as the

    birth of Lord Ganesha, the son of Lord Shiva and Parvathi. The celebration began traditionally by

    lighting the lamp and Aarthi. Children showcased dances,songsand skits depicting the importance of

    Lord Ganesha.

    NATIONAL SPORTS DAY

    SPELL BEE COMPETITION

    A spelling bee is a competition in which contestants are asked to spell a broad selection of words, usually with a varying degree of difficulty. It encourages students to improve their skills in languages. To create

    interest in students the SPELL BEE COMPETITION was conducted for PSP , 2018 from Class I to Class V . Many students were participated and made it successful.

    RAKHI MAKING COMPETITION

    PARENTS ORIENTATION PROGRAM

    Parent orientation program was scheduled for ESP& PSP Parents. Principal Shubhada Joshi (Vyas) Conducted the program and conveyed importance of Education, Our System of

    Education, Assessment Pattern, Disciplinary aspects of the school through PPT.

    The school celebrates all the National festivals like Independence Day, Republic Day, Teachers day and

    Children’s Day with great respect and devotion to the country and to the countrymen.

    NUKKAD NATAK (STREET PLAY)

    Nukked Natak (Street Play) was one of the activities of SWACCH BHARAT MISSION performed in the

    streets of palandur market to create awareness in people to keep streets clean and avoid use of plastics.

    This activity was initiated by the Department of Hindi. Our students took pledge towards making clean

    India by keeping their surroundings clean. The hard work of teachers as well as the students reflected in

    their performances. All the students gave expressive and eloquent renditions. Participants

    enjoyed their performance with the beats of dholki, dhapli, dupatte, loud voices, aggression and last but

    not the least the humour that stunned the audience. It made the audience to question themselves to

    keep the surroundings clean. The audience also gained a lot from National symbolic issues taken by the

    students. The judges applauded all the participants and were impressed by innovative and sensitive

    presentations by the youngsters.
