It guarantees all of our independent lifestyle partners a variety of different income opportunities.

Today, being successful is very simple in theory, however it is not always easy. “No pain, no gain” – this also applies to the income plan of “MediConsult Lifestyle”! We reward hard work and commitment of each partner with above and beyond average remunerations and through our unique business concept we offer a long-term, proven and successful basis for an independent, individual and highly successful future.

„MediConsult Defined Matrix - MDM“ in DetailIncome Opportunities::Direct recommendation of MediConsult Lifestyle products provides a solid foundation of our global business. With our diverse products divided into 2 main categories, as a Lifestyle partner you have basically TWO different options to collaborate with us:

Registration as Lifestyle-Consultant (LSC)Registration as Certified Lifestyle-Consultant (CLSC)

Direct Sales LSC 20You would choose to register as LSC - Lifestyle-Consultant if you exclusively want to recommend our main products from the anti-aging and skincare range. You can find a detailed list of relevant products on our corporate website: www.mediconsult.tv/registration

After registering successfully on our registration webpage (www.mediconsult.tv/registration) and after ordering at least one main product from our anti-aging and skincare range, you are officially registered as a Lifestyle-Consultant. This entitles you to an entry commission of 20% of the net value of your order in your country’s currency. This commission percentage becomes effective immediately and applies to all your subsequent orders as well as to recommendations you make to the customers that you service personally (direct sales). Please note: If you recommend a product to a customer, you are never obligated to buy this product first yourself. In a direct sale, MediConsult looks after the transaction directly with the customer while you act as a referral agent and receive a commission of 20% from MediConsult.

Direct Sales CLSC 20You choose the registration as CLSC - Certified Lifestyle-Consultant if you want to recommend products from our “Medical Devices” in addition to offering the main products from the anti-aging and skincare line. You can find a detailed list of relevant products on our corporate website: www.mediconsult.tv/registrationAfter you register successfully on our registration webpage (www.mediconsult.tv/registration) and after you order at least one main product from our medical device line, you will be prompted to enroll in an online certification.

This certification as “Health Technician” is mandatory according to the European law (EEC 93/42) if an independent representative wants to recommend and/or sell a medical product to a third party. You will receive an email from MediConsult with your access code to the password protected academy section on our website. We ask that you follow the instructions on the website, watch each training video (legal basis, system briefing) and that you answer the respective questions correctly and completely.

(Multiple choice). After you are successfully certified, you will receive your required certificate from MediConsult. Your CLSC-registration will be activated afterwards.

In the case of a registration with an initial order of a “Medical Product” you will receive 20% commission on your net order value as you would for version 1 LSC 20.

This commission percentage is effective immediately and applies to all your subsequent orders as well as to recommendations you make to your customers that you service personally (direct sales). Please note: If you recommend a product to a customer, you are never obligated to buy this product first yourself. In a direct sale, MediConsult looks after the transaction directly with the customer while you act as a referral agent and receive a commission of 20% from MediConsult.For both version LSC 20 and CLSC 20 there is no required sales volume, the determining factor for the classifi-cation is the initial order of at least one main product from the current valid category.

For both versions LSC 20 and CLSC 20 the commission rate of 20% remains intact after your initial registration and related order of at least one main product in the respective category as long as you do not terminate your LSC or CLSC agreement or MediConsult terminates the agreement with just cause or you choose not to renew your agreement after one year.

In any case you are not obligated to generate any sales volume in order to maintain the commission rate of 20%.

Upgrade from LSC to CLSCYou initially registered with MediConsult as a LSC with the purchase of a main product from the anti-aging and skincare range and you now would like to recommend products from the medical product range.

This step is possible at any time and subject to the following procedure: You notify MediConsult about your upgrade immediately and receive your access code to enroll in the online certification, which as you know is legally mandatory for medical devices. We will send your online certificate and with your order of one of the main products from the medical product range you will be activated as CLSC.

Organization StructureThe long-term career opportunity with MediConsult Lifestyle is based on building your own organization within the defined business model. The success motto is: Teach 2 to reach 62! This creates continuous, passive income, which is not dependent on your own recommendations or personal sales, but is paid as financial reward for building, supporting, leading and mentoring your own organization. Basically, the larger your organization the higher your performance rewards will be!

The following requirements must be met to qualify for the “MediConsult Defined Matrix - MDM“-plan and to be eligible to build your own organizational matrix:

You must be registered with one of the main products (LSC or CLSC).For “medical products” you must have successfully completed the online certification (CLSC).You need exactly 2 new Lifestyle partners (either in the LSC or CLSC product category) who each have placed orders in the respective product category and who have been sponsored by you and are registered directly under you.

If you meet the requirements as set out above, your direct commission level will automatically increase from 20% to 30% and you receive 10% commission on the commission eligible orders of each of your first direct Lifestyle-Consultants (see chart). With the registration of 2 direct Lifestyle-Consultants (LSC or CLSC) within you first matrix, your commission rate of 30% (for all future direct sales) remains effective for the duration of your affiliation with MediConsult. There is no monthly quota or requalification necessary to maintain this commission level.

The MediConsult Defined Matrix – MDMA matrix (2x5) within our system is always structured the same and the respective positions to be occupied with new LSC or CLSC within the matrix are systematically pre-determined, hence “Defined Matrix”. It always consists of 5 levels and is duplicated from the 1st to the 5th level linear (1. Level -2, 2. Level -4, 3.level- 8, 4.level – 16, 5.level-32 = a total of 62 LSC or CLSC). The matrix always starts at the 1st level with 2 direct LSC or CLSC below you, which graphically looks like this:

The numbers of the positions in the graphic indicate how our system defines the matrix. The order is strictly defined and automatically fills when someone registers (the deciding factor is always the date of the complete and confirmed online-registration of LSC or CLSC). Any registered LSC or CLSC has the possibility to view his own matrix “just-in-time”. With MDM-career system there is no direct linkage to people (except the first 2 direct LSC or CLSC required to open a matrix). Rather this is a deliberately dynamic, team-oriented and fast growing system in which the primary goal of the individual is not as important as the common duplication of converting 2 direct LSC or CLSC to the benefit and reward for everyone within the entire organization. This is also demonstrated by the peculiarity of the MDM system, the so-called “spillover” effect.

Spill-Over EffectWithin the defined matrix, you are only permitted to position 2 LSC or CLSC directly below you. However it is permitted to integrate additional directly recruited LSC or CLSC into your own matrix. This is when the spill-over effect kicks in: A third or additional directly recruited LSC or CLSC will be automatically positioned in the next open position within your matrix. Thus, you are helping yourself to fill your own matrix faster. At the same time you support the LSC or CLSC within your matrix to reach their qualifications and to grow their own matrices – teamwork at its best! LSC or CLSC, who are not as confident in recruiting at first will also benefit.

Important Note: The 10% commission difference in a spill-over will always be paid to the LSC or CLSC who directly recruited the new LSC or CLSC and not the person under whom the new LSC or CLSC will be placed by the default of the system in their matrix.

This person receives the difference commission from the 1st level in the case of opening his own matrix. Therefore the system always ensures a fair and team-oriented classification

Compensation within a MatrixThe initiator of a matrix receives compensation for the direct sales volume of LSCs or CLSCs within the matrix as follows:

Commission payments are always based on sales volume generated through recruiting new LSC/CLSC within the matrix as well as future direct sales of these LSC/CLSC.

Building additional MatricesIf one respective matrix of a registered LSC or CLSC is completely filled he is immediately entitled to open a new matrix. To do so the LSC or CLSC must recruit 2 new, direct LSC/CLSC, which will be placed in the first level of the new matrix. The 2 new direct LSC or CLSC cannot come from the system-dependent spillover and instead must be recruited personally by the initiator of the new matrix. Continuous sales (direct sales) from existing matrices will be paid at the percentages of the various levels as commission to the initiator of the matrix.

Infinity-Bonus-PlanAs a special, long-term incentive for a very active organizational structure within the “MediConsult Defined Matrix MDM”, we offer our LSC/CLSCs the opportunity to benefit from the overall development of the sales in their matrix below the 5th level and to benefit from a high productivity within their own matrices.

We have developed a unique “Infinity and Productivity Bonus Plan”, which requires well-defined qualifications and ensures exceptional success remunerations.

Single-8 Infinity-Bonus (8)If an LSC/CLSC has filled a total of 8 matrices on his own, he or she qualifies in that same month for the Single-8 Infinity Bonus. He then receives an additional bonus of 0.5% in the respective currency on the total sales volume of all 8 matrices below the 5th level.

In the following and subsequent months the LCS/CLSC will continue to receive this additional bonus provided that the following criteria have been met: In each respective month the LSC/CLSC must have at least 99 LSC/CLSC within his own matrices that have commissionable sales volume each (= 99 active LSC/CLSC) whereby the amount of commissionable sales volume is not relevant.

Double-8 Infinity-Bonus (88)If an LSC/CLSC has filled a total of 16 own matrices, he or she qualifies for a Double-8 Infinity Bonus in that month. He then receives an additional bonus of 1% in the respective currency on the total sales volume of all 16 matrices below the 5th level. In subsequent months, the LCS/CLSC will continue to receive this additional bonus provided that the following criteria have been met: In each respective month the LSC/CLSC must have at least 149 LSC/CLSC within his own matrices that have commissionable sales volume each (= 149 active LSC/CLSC) whereby the amount of commissionable sales volume is not relevant.

Triple-8 Infinity-Bonus (888)If an LSC/CLSC has filled a total of 24 own matrices, he or she qualifies for a Triple-8 Infinity Bonus in that month. He then receives an additional bonus of 2% in the respective currency on the total sales volume of all 24 matrices below the 5th level. In the following and subsequent months the LCS/CLSC will continue to receive this additional bonus provided that the following criteria have been met: In each respective month the LSC/CLSC must have at least 179 LSC/CLSC within his own matrices that have commissionable sales volume each (= 179 active LSC/CLSC) whereby the amount of commissionable sales volume is not relevant.

Important: If a partnership is not being renewed by the LSC due to non-payment of the above mentioned renewal fees after the first year the position reached in the MDM-income plan expires as do the resulting financial remunerations/commissions! A position within a matrix once filled will never be filled again whether there is inactivity or termination.

With the full registration and payment of applicable fees, each LSC/CLSC receives a starter folder with all relevant information about the MediConsult Lifestyle-Concept and our products as well as individual access to our back office within our corporate website: www.mediconsult.tv. In addition each registered LSC/CLSC receives his or her own webpage within our corporate website free of charge.

Commissions are calculated within a monthly cycle (from the 1st to the last day of each calendar month) as there may be pending qualifications. Commissions are paid out at the latest by the 25th of the following month. Commission statements will no longer be sent by mail. As an environmental policy we will post your statements in your individual back office every month as a paperless PDF for download.

Any references with respect to compensation within the MediConsult Lifestyle MDM-plan are solely based on the sales, skills and efforts of the individual and are illustration purposes only. MediConsult Lifestyle does not guarantee any income/compensation standard for our LSC/CLSCs. Rewards and commissions within the MediConsult Lifestyle MDM-Plans are solely dependent on the sales, skills and efforts of each LSC/CLSC.
