Mast attachment

MD45 & MD60, for anchoring and blast holes “Flexibility when at it´s best”

The mast could be used as a blast hole drilling mast or a foundation mast.

For foundation drilling SPD mounts Eurodrill top hammers as first choicefor anchoring, bolting or soil nailing etc.

For blast hole drilling SPD mounts top hammers from finnish Doofor as first choice.

Other brands could be mounted for anadditional cost.

MD45 och MD60 has SPD´s standardboltflange on a 45 degree console, wherethe machine conection should be bolted on, with other words you could switch the mast between your different excavators.

The mast tilting is a Heavy Duty type together with an IMO slew drive, for tilting angles up to 360 degrees.

As option an oil lubricator could be mounted on the mast for the top hammerlubrication, but it is recommended to have it mounted at the compressor, or on the carrier.

The mast has a Heavy Duty type clamp table mounted, together with a centralizer, with a through hole of 140 mm.

The cylinders are used for holding the drillstring while breaking out the joints.

Below the clamps there is a dustcollector mounted. A rubber sealing is also avail-able to mount on to the collector.
