The Brookings Register is published six days a week, Monday through Friday
afternoon and Saturday morning. We serve Brookings County and the six
surrounding counties.
Our daily circulation is roughly 5,500 copies, which varies by day because of
single copy sales. Our readership is 2.3 people per paper for a total of
approximately 12,600 readers per day. This circulation number includes our
Newspaper in Education program, which delivers nearly 400 papers to area
schools every day.
Benefits of online advertising:
o ads on our free online paper are $59 per week and we guarantee that
your ad will be seen a minimum of 10,000 times. Last month (September
2009) all of the advertisers on our site had their ads launched more than

Our proposal is either a 3-month or 6-month combination online and print
advertisement, with the print running 2X a week. The print can be done in two colors
or just black and white. Also, we can combine packages to allow the online to run
longer, or the print to run longer.
