JAR/MA Please reply to the Fuiwood office To Whom It May Concern: Dear Sir/Madam Tony Joseph I was the finance director of pfp publishing Limited prior to 1 December 2003, Tony joined the company in April 2003 initially doing basic accounting work on a part-time basis. He proved very competent at this and was soon encouraged to increase his input. He quickly took over responsibility for preparing and entering in the accounting system all the month end adjustments for the management accounts. He also took responsibility for monitoring the cash flow and developed his own spreadsheet to facilitate this. Tony showed a great willingness to learn during the period we both worked for pfp publishing. He understood the needs of the business and was keen to contribute to it’s success.
