Payment, Changes & CancellationsA deposit of 50% of the total fee for Exhibit, Sponsorship, or Marketing is due with each contract. Full payment for Exhibit, Sponsorship, or Marketing is due in full 30 days from the invoice date. Payment in full is required to receive finalconfirmationofyourspace.Yourspacewillremainavailable until payment is processed. After August 30, 2019, full payment must accompany all contracts. Payments can be made by check (payable to Missouri Community College Association) or credit card (using the online registration form). For purchases greater than $2,999, please pay by check.
Cancellations received before 4 p.m. on August 30, 2019 will result in MCCA retaining 50% deposit. No requests for refundswillbegrantedafter4p.m.onAugust30,2019.Sub-leasing of exhibit space is not permitted.
MCCA reserves the right to resell exhibit space without notice or refund after August 30, 2019. MCCA reserves the right to deny or cancel exhibit space to organizations that have overdue account balances with MCCA.
All cancellations and requests for refunds must be in writing via email to [email protected].
Exhibitor HousingHousing for exhibitors and sponsors at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown opens Monday, March 11, 2019. The housing link will be available on the convention website, mccaconvention.com.
Shipping and Material Handling InstructionsDeliveries must not arrive more than seven (7) days before November 6 or remain three (3) days after November 8. An additional handling and storage fee of $10.00 a day per piece
will apply if these conditions are not met. Items shipped to the Kansas City Marriott Downtown by mistake will incur an additional $25.00 per item. All outgoing packages must be properly packed, labeled with shipping address, return address, and method of payment (i.e. UPS account number). The Kansas City Marriott Downtown is not responsible for any abandoned materials, and they will be discarded within three (3) business days.

Exhibit SpacePlease refrain from bringing exhibits that are larger than your allotted space. Care of FacilityExhibitorsmaynotinstallanypermanentfixturesordefacethe building and, upon conclusion of the show, must leave the exhibit space in the same condition it was received.
