1. In 50 words tell us about your motivation to be part of the MC of Portugal and how this is connected with your long-term goals.

2. Please, list 3 strengths and 3 opportunities for improvement that you registered throughout your leadership experience. How are they important to AIESEC Portugal?

3. Which of the organizational values do you relate to the most and which

one do you find the hardest to live?

4. Please rank the available MC positions by order of preference, ranking 1 being the role you are most interested in.

1. Describe, in a maximum of 100 words, Portugal to a non-native outlining our 3 best-case practices and 3 points of improvement as a nation.

2. Identify 4 key trends that are influencing Portugal (Politically, Socially, Economically or otherwise) and explain very shortly how AIESEC should customize its services to ensure we create maximum positive impact on society and have increasing relevance.

3. In a maximum of 2 lines name your favourite Portuguese leader and

explain why.

4. What is the meaning of leadership for you? How do Portuguese people perceive its leaders and the meaning of leadership? How can these influence AIESEC in Portugal?

C. About AIESEC Portugal

1. Conduct a SWOT analysis of AIESEC Portugal in 13/14 and evaluate the organizational performance of AIESEC Portugal for the past 3 terms (2011/2012, 2012/2013, 2013-2014), taking from each term one good case practice and one key learning point.

2. What role do you see the MC 14-15 of AIESEC Portugal play in order to ensure continuous organizational growth towards achieving 2015 midterm ambition and develop the leadership Portugal needs? What should be the 3 focus areas for the term 2014-2015?

3. “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Present 3 strategies to guarantee that in 14-15 AIESEC in Portugal will be a truly connected network. Please mention what should be the role of both the MC and LCs to make this happen.

Finance

1. Evaluate the current income structure of AIESEC Portugal (MC and LC level). What would be the ideal state of the income structure for the term 14-15, to ensure sustainability at different organizational levels?

2. What key investments do you propose being made; to ensure AIESEC Portugal achieves 2015?

3. Taking into consideration the risks that are posed to AIESEC in Portugal as an organization, what should be the 3 main points to be developed at a Legal level? Outline the bodies that should be involved in this.

Talent Management

1. What changes or innovations will you bring about in the Talent Management systems to ensure that the TMP and TLP Programmes as our Talent Capacity are driving organizational growth and AIESEC 2015?

2. How will you collaborate with OGX and Communications to ensure programme based recruitment as well as to drive integrated experiences?

3. How do you propose to implement the Youth Talent and Youth Leader

products for TMP and TLP for the autumn recruitment of 2014? Communications

1. What would be your strategy for implementing Public Relations nationally,

across all products? How will this strategy be connected with positioning

AIESEC as the youth leadership development organization of Portugal?

2. How will you ensure that the AIESEC brand and products are aligned

throughout the whole country? What steps will you take to align our current

brands with the global ones?

3. How would you ensure to tackle the information management bottleneck

we have in @ PT since it's part of your JD but you have a lot of other

things to manage? What would be your priorities in this area and what

strategies and results would you expect to have?

External Relations

1. Evaluate the relevance of the current ER products to AIESEC and then: a. Mention which ones you will run next year b. Propose 2 innovative ideas for each of the current products c. Mention how you will measure and guarantee that the ER projects

are boosting the number of ELD experiences

2. Which industries and companies do you want to cooperate / are key potential customers for our four ELD programs and ER projects? What makes our products competitive to them?

3. Knowing the extensive scope of your JD – ER projects, Account Management, new partnerships, ICX sales, how will you manage your resources and time to achieve success in your results?

1. What strategies do you suggest for collaboration between ICX and TM for

building and developing pipeline for sales capacity in the country?

2. Highlight 3 key innovative changes to our iGCDP products that will enable

growth and sustainability in this program.

3. What are the strategies that will make our iGIP products known and

credible for the Portuguese companies?

1. In Portugal there is a lot of potential to grow, however, low-volume based internal processes can be a barrier. How would you overcome this as MC VP OGX? Take into account the Customer experience flow, different products and conversion rates in your answer.
