June 27, 2016 To whom it may concern, I have been working with Michael Clare for the past four months. In that time, he has served as a substitute for one of our technology team members, providing technical support to faculty, staff, and administrators. Michael has shown to be a very efficient worker and very helpful in troubleshooting technology related issues. If there was something he was not entirely familiar with, he took the appropriate steps to contact support and determine the solution. If there was a problem that Michael was working on, I knew that it would be resolved. He had very large shoes to fill and did a very nice job.
