- summer picnic- pig roast fund raiser- Baron Goal Club
- spring weight training- added free weight program with emphasis on explosiveness- added plyometrics- added exercises designed to strengthen areas of the body typically associated with a soccer injury

-Missing an elementary/youth community soccer club connection
-Missing video and film study to include scouting opponents
-Missing the inclusion of the middle school teams as part of the MC Barons Soccer Program

-Missing training opportunities through Friendly games as part of a summer league
-Missing winter indoor training at a field house
-Missing spring training opportunities (MARCH)

- Be a better advocate for our junior and senior players to play at the collegiate level
-Summer Camp by the T3 organization at $300 for one week per player is too expensive for families
There must be a better way to do the camp piece…

-Elementary Team Camp- Camp is for players entering
grades 3-8- Counselors for the Camp are HS
players entering grades 9-12

-Team Camp with Hempfield HS- June 24th to 27th from 6 to 8:30 pm- Camp is for players entering
grades 7-12- College coaches will be running
the camp- HS coaches from both schools will
be working together
-Team Friendly at Township- June 18th - Friendly is for players entering
grades 9-12

-Team Camp #2 with Hempfield- August 5th to 8th from 6 to 8:30 pm- Camp is for players entering 7-12- All coaches from both programs
instructing together- Team Friendly with Hempfield at all
age groups as part of camp
-Booster Family Picnic- Sunday Aug 11th
- Picnic is for entire program families and players
