    Question: Which platform do I find CBTs and E-Learnings?

    Answer: CBTs are found on the Global K Terminal as well as SABA CBTs on-line e.g. 4802

    Answer: E-Learnings are found on Saba e.g. T0001E

    Question: Who registers Participants on E-Learnings and Gap Tests?

    Answer: Learning Coordinators must register Participant for E-Learnings and Gap Tests

    Question: What does E- Learnings consist of?

    Answer: An E-Learning for example with a code of T0001E may consist of a CMLT and a TMLT

    Question: What does a CMLT and TMLT mean?

    Answer: CMLT refers to the Content of the E-Learning and the TMLT relates to the test

    NB: In order to complete the Test (TMLT) you must first complete and understand the Content (CMLT)

    Question: Who registers Participant for Final/Post Test?

    Answer: When the Learning Coordinator registers a Participant for the Face to Face or classroom based training the

    Final/Post Test will automatically be assigned to the participant by DTA

    NB: ONLY DTA can assign a Final/Post Test

    Question: Do Participants have to attempt all compulsory prerequisite E learnings before Face to

    Face/Classroom based training?

    Answer: Yes, if the Participants does not complete the compulsory prerequisites then he/she will not be allowed to

    attend the associated training

    Question: What is the price of an E-Learning?

    Answer: There is NO cost attached to an E-Learning,

    NB: Your dealership pays a monthly fee for E-Learnings

    Question: What is the cost of Face To Face/Classroom based training

    Refer to the price matrix at the end of the Prospectus booklet

    Question: What attire do I use to Face to Face/Classroom Based Training?

    Answer: Normal Work Attire

    Question: What happens if I register a Participant on Face to Face/Classroom based training and he/she

    does not attend?

    Answer: A NO SHOW fee of 150% of the total breakeven cost will be charged

    NB: If the Participant does not attend due to a valid reason e.g. Medical emergency please inform DTA.

    If the Participant has a medical certificate please send it to DTA within 5 working days after the training with the

    dealer stamp attached
