Tuesday, October 22 and Thursday,

4:30-7:30 pm.
Middle school/special area teachers will be
stationed in the cafeteria to ease parents’
transitioning between each of the teachers for
conferencing.
K-5 teachers are scheduling their conference
times, so please contact your child’s teacher if
you have not received an appointment time.
Voter Registration
Anyone 17.5 years or older can regis-ter to vote on October 22, from 3:30-7:00 in the school lobby. Don’t forget your photo ID.
Picture Retake Day October 21st.
Original packets must be returned to receive a retake.
Sullivan High School Cheerleading is having a
Mini-Clinic for K-5 students on October 22- 24.

Silly Spooks!
The Sullivan Preschool Teachers and the Parents as Teachers Staff would like to invite you and your child to our annual “Silly Spooks Night” on Tuesday, October 15 from 4:30-6:00 PM in the Primary School cafeteria. This event is a Fall/Halloween themed evening where your child will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of learning activities. Your child is invited to wear his/her Halloween costume that evening. You may park in the back parking lot and follow the sidewalk on the side of the building to enter door number 9 into
the cafeteria. We look forward to seeing you and your child for this fun-filled evening!

Physical Form Physical forms are now good for two years. If your son or daughter is
planning on participating in basketball, cheer, wrestling, or track and
field and has a physical from last year it will still be good for this
year. Insurance information will need to be updated annually.

LISTEN! We are all SO busy, and that can make it difficult to find time to sit and read every night. Audio books are such a great way for students to listen to fluent reading, experience great books, and still get reading time in. Some great places for audio books are: Overdrive, iTunes, & Audible.
