This college is situated on the outskirts of Madurai, 11 km on Madurai - Nedunkulam Road. It is built in an area of 53.8

acres. The campus has multi storeyed buildings consisting of well equipped classrooms, drawing halls, seminar halls,

libraries, air-conditioned computer centres, staff rooms and student rest rooms. The MBA and MCA departments are

functioning in a separate, spacious, three storeyed Post Graduate Block of 4044 Sq.m. All Departments Labs and P.G.

Block are provided 132 mbps uninterrupted internet facility for 24 hours 7 Days of week through optical fibre

connectivity from BSNL. Wifi is enabled in PG Block, Admin Block, EEE / ECE Building and Mens Hostel.

Summer Training - The training report along with the company certificate should be submitted within the two weeks of the reopening date of 3rd Semester. The training report should be around 40 pages containing the details of training undergone, the departments wherein he was trained with duration (chronological diary) along with the type of managerial skills developed during training. The training report should be sent to the Controller of Examinations by the HOD through the Principal, before the last working day for the 3rd Semester.

Candidateds appearing for the final semester / year examination of the said qualifying degree course except AMIE during April / May 2016 may also apply for TANCET 2016.

Note : Candidates with degree obtained without studying 10th, 12th St. or 3 years diploma and 3 years degree programme are not eligible.

C. Admission Procedure :(I) Government Quota seats will be filled by Director of Technical Education on the basis of State Common

Entrance Test (TANCET) Scores conducted by Anna Universtity, Chennai. Applications for TANCET can be

obtained by Post from the Secretary, TANCET, Examination Centre, Anna Universtiy Chennai - 600 025.

Course RequirementsA. Eligibility Requirements for MBA :

A Pass in a recognised Bachelor’s degree of minimum 3 years duration and obtained atleast 50 % (45% in the case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying degree examination.

(i) 10 + 2 years H.Sc, + 3 years Bachelor’s Degree pattern

(ii) 10 + 3 years Diploma + 3 yeard Bachelor’s Degree pattern

(iii) B.E./B.Tech./B.Arch./B.Pharm.

(iv) Candidates with section ‘A’ & ‘B’ certificates and other similar certificate of professional bodies or societies (e.g. A.M.I.E.) recognised by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. Of India are considered to be equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech. Degree holders only with 2 years regular full time Teaching experience / Industrial experience* in the relevant field after successful completion of the course including project work.
