K1577/AB Addendum 19• CERN & ESS will jointly study and agree a test programme
• CERN will source, prepare and make available test stands and equipment to enable test of relevant parameters and requirements
• The IOT will be tested for ESS and CERN SPL operational parameters
• CERN will allocate test time, resources and utilities for an extended test of the IOT > months
• ESS and CERN shall jointly prepare a report no later than October 2016 provided that IOT are delivered on time to permit the testing programme to be started no later than 01 October 2015
• The test stand shall remain property of CERN
• The IOT shall remain property of ESS
