being vegan is a lifestyle and philosophy
a vegan does not eat anything that is of animal origin. the dont wear anything based on animals .
these are some of the countries that have more vegans
Day 1at breakfast: toast, tomato and olive oil nuts, fruit
at lunch: mixed fruit salad two slices of rye bread and avocado tomato and black olives .
at dinner; humus, whole pitta and vegetables (celery and carrots)
Day 2Breakfast:
Apple
Kiwi, orange and pineapple juice
Toast with tomato, natural tofu and oregano
Dry fruits
Lunch:
Glass of oatmeal or soy milk cereals and coffee
Whole-grain toast with salad
Food:
Lentils, rice and pumpkin
Vegetable burger, salad and bread
1 banana
At snack:
1 fruit (tangerine, orange or kiwi)
Handful of almonds
Dinner:
Carrot with grated celery and vegan cheese
Vegan chocolate chip
Onion and zucchini caserole
Day 3Breakfast: 1 apple1 shake of 1 kiwi and 1 orange1 handful of nuts1 toast with tomato and tofu Lunch:1 glass of soy milk1 toast with salad
Food:Lentils with rice and vegetables1 vegetable burger Snack:1 banana Dinner:Vegetable soup1 vegetable sandwich and seitán
