ITEMS OPENING MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER Mayor Armstrong called the meeting to order at 10: 00 a. m. 2. ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Armstrong, Alderman Tichi, Alderman Aaron, Mayor Pro Tern Johnson Alderman Nelsen, and Alderwoman Priem. Absent: None. A quorum was present. 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE B. WORKSHOP ITEMS 1. Briefing by Jay Engineering and discussion on potential addendum to the Wastewater Master Plan. City Administrator Wilde reported on discussions of a committee including himself, Alderman Nelsen, Alderman Tichi, and Frank Phelan of Jay Engineering on possible improvements and revisions to the Wastewater Master Plan. Mr. Phelan outlined a possible alternative which might allow the entire FM 1431 corridor to be served in one phase. Council directed staff to move forward with developing this plan revision, to be presented for public view and comments in two to three weeks, and then brought back before Council for consideration. No action was taken. C. ADJOURNMENT Mayor Armstrong adjourned the meeting at 10: 32 a. m. PASSED AND APPROVED AT A REGULAR MEETING HELD ON NOVEMBER 12, 2015. 1

Mayor Armstrong called the meeting to order at 10: 00 a.m.
