Nice shot to leftIt was an unseasonably hot Friday afternoon when Glasgow would meet up with Stillwater

in a quarternal contest. After the game was delayed for a good hour due to threatening

lightning, Scotty senior Sage Sukut had a lightning bolt of her own to left eld. Unfortunately,

the Scotties found themselves down 4-zip in the rst inning. They were able to knot it at 4-all

in the top of the third, but would go on to lose to the Renegaes 6-4. Another tough loss came

Saturday morning as Conrad won 4-3 in eight innings to leave the Scotties in 4th place.

Nick Chiechi Chats With Terry-Lee Afer returning rom the St Marie Developmentbankruptcy hearing in Billings and having missed theMay 17th St Marie covenant owners meeting, I had a brietelephone conversation with erry-Lee. He mentioned a legalnotice coming out, quiet title action clearing clouded titles, and article X o the Protective Covenants o St Marie. Afercogitating or a day I decided to meet and discuss variousissues in person with Lee. I wanted to voice my concernsand opinions and hopeully remove suspicion and doubt as

expressed to me by many. I thought o ;PERFORMANCEbased SMCA in contrast to POENIAL based DM/Mitchell words and writings. I related the ollowing acts andopinions to erry-Lee, along with some questions to him andhis responses:1. I said that clearing titles and bringing things to a head wasa GOOD HING.2. Based on my opinion that things dont pencil out and arumor that 500 sovereign olks will be moving to St Mariein the uture, I asked Lee what was on his HIDDENAGENDA? He said none, just here to MAKE MONEY.3. I stated that I believed in intellectual DIVERSIY andintellectual FREEDOM.4. I told Lee that some locals think youre here to AKEPOWER, file alse liens (PROPOSED $1000 fines), andAKE other olks money and property, then BRING in many

sovereigns. Again, he said hes here to make money and hesnot staying.5. I made light o the act that ALKING and WRIING othings to happen and NO LEGALLY established yet aremeaningless to me as well as to many others. I asked to seesome LEGAL DOCUMENS or CONRACS to back uphis paperwork. Until I see some SIGNED legal ORDERS roma JUDGE or BONIFIED legal documents...ALL the NONofficial opinions and documents are MEANINGLESS to me.I continued to ask or LEGALLY BINDING documents andcorrespondence.6. I hit on the subject o FEES and INSURANCE as mentionedin Lees PROPOSED new covenants and uture townhomeDECLARAION. Lees response: Developers PAY annualees and donate $500 per unit when sold and ownhomeAssociation will get INSURANCE when required or

equipment and liability.7. erry-Lee stated that his INEN is to solve all titleproblems and PASS a SE o PROECIVE COVENANSthat protect everyones RIGHS and does allowDEVELOPMEN o undeveloped LANDS in St Marie. MyOPINIONAED QUESIONS are: solve title problems onHEIR PROPERY? ....and PROEC HEIR RIGH togain control o the Village Association WIHOU payingtheir Village ees? ....has the AMENDMEN X issue (that

allows the previous) been ruled on LEGALLY?8. I handed Le e an ABA PAPER that outlined the ACICSo sovereign citizens ACIONS (anonymously droppedbehind my ront door). I will NO go into all the mentionedactivities, but I already mentioned NUMEROUS rivolouspaperwork filings in one o my previous articles. erry-Leeresponded that all organizations contain radical or splintergroups.9. Lee and Me RENAGULAED on the issues and ideas. Weruminated and reviewed the acts and opinions along withQUESIONS and ANSWERS on both sides.CONCLUSION: As events UNFOLD, the RUE FACS willcome out and ultimately the RUH will PREVAIL.
