SECTION 3: In lieu of renting a second or an additional tote from the City, a City garbage customer shall be permitted to use a personal garbage tote in addition to, and not in substitution of, the City provided tote. Such a second personal tote can only be used by a City garbage customer if said personal tote is substantially similar in size, appearance and functionality as the City provided tote, with the determination of whether the personal garbage tote is substantially and satisfactorily similar to the City provided tote to be made by the appropriate City Official. NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE ASSEMBLED CITY COUNCIL OF CLOVERPORT, BRECKINRIDGE COUNTY, KENTUCKY, as follows: SECTION 1: Campsites at the RV Park can be rented by up to and including six (6) individuals per site at the following rates: For One (1) Night $20.00 For A Week (7 days) $100.00 For One (1) Night by a Senior Citizen $15.00 For A Week (7 days) by a Senior Citizen $85.00 For each individual beyond six (6) individuals at a camp site per night $5.00 All Children two (2) years and under stay free at the Park and do not count as to the six (6) individual limit. SECTION 2: The RV Park shall be open for business the year round. SECTION 3: Any existing ordinances, orders, rules or regulations of the City which are in direct conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are expressly repealed to the extent of any such conflict.

AN ORDINANCE WITH REGARDS TO THE POSITIONS OFFIRE CHIEF AND ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF FOR THE

CITY OF CLOVERPORT THAT, WHEREAS, the City of Cloverport desires to allow individuals who reside outside the city limits of the City of Cloverport to be able to fill the positions of City Fire Chief and City Assistant Fire Chief, along with individuals residing within the city limits of Cloverport; andTHAT, WHEREAS, the City of Cloverport desires for Its regular and full time firefighters to receive a free city sticker as a reimbursement for their expenses as such. NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED, as follows: SECTION I: The offices of Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief of the City of Cloverport can be filled at any time by an individual living either inside or outside the city limits of Cloverport. The fact that a City Fire'Chief or City Assistant Fire Chief moves from the city limits of Cloverport to beyond the city limits does not create a vacancy in either such office. SECTION II: A city sticker will be furnished at no cost as a reimbursement of expenses to each member firefighter who has attended a minimum of five (5) of the last twelve (12) regular monthly meetings of the City Fire Department. SECTION III: Any ordinance, rule, regulation, or order of the City in direct conflict with the provisions of this Ordi-nance is hereby repealed to the extent to any such conflict. SECTION IV: This Ordinance should take effect upon its passage and publication as is required by law.
