The Mount Sinai Institute for Exposomic Research and the University of Brescia are proud to present the 2019 Exposome Symposium. This symposium will be of interest to: researchers, clinicians, government, and health care workers, both new to the eld and those already practicing exposomics.
The symposium aims to: Introduce exposomics as a eld; Describe the challenges of generating high quality untargeted chemical assays, and; Illustrate the use of computer science to generate novel exposure data, wearable devices, and other new methods. The participants will learn the strengths of including exposomics in human research and the challenges inherent to study design and statistical/bioinformatics analysis of exposomic data.

Call for Poster Submissions
Poster submissions are invited for the 2019 Exposome Symposium to be held in Brescia, Italy, May 20-21, 2019.
This symposium is designed to be an introduction to exposomics as a field, an illustration of the challenges of generating high quality untargeted chemical assays, an illustration of the use of computer science to generate novel exposure data, wearable devices, and other new methods in the field. Finally, the symposium will present both the strengths of including exposomics in human research and the challenges inherent to study design and statistical/bioinformatics analysis of exposomic data.
The poster session is a highlight of symposium. It provides an ideal opportunity for one-on-one personal exchange of research data and ideas in an informal setting with a unique consortium of participants who are experts in various aspects of exposomics. A major goal of this symposium is to provide an ideal networking opportunity for students and beginning researchers. The poster session is a wonderful venue for informal, in-depth discussion, collaboration building, and mentoring of young scientists.
Timeline:Submission Deadline: April 1, 2019Notification of Acceptance: April 8, 2019
