Though the MaxxPowerTM Battery-Powered HVAC System

is currently designed to run for 10 hours per charge under

normal conditions, the optional Automatic Start-Stop System

for International® ProStar®+ and LoneStar® trucks provides

an additional safeguard for when batteries run low under

extreme conditions.

When the batteries are depleted, the engine will automatically

start and run for 70 minutes. This is a must-have benefit,

especially for drivers facing freezing or sweltering environ-

ments that not only affect them, but also their vehicles.
