Prices exclude delivery unless stated Orders can not be cancelled after work has begun Average

turnaround time is 2 - 7 business days from artwork approval. Turnaround time is based on the clients' needs

and current production schedule. While every effort will be made to meet the requested deadline, there are

factors that may arise beyond our control (such as power failures, stock issues etc..). We will not be held

responsible for any late delivery or distribution Artwork produced by us will be charged for unless

supplied print ready We do not charge for artwork supplied in the correct print ready format, we are

unable to accept microsoft word, excel, power point and publisher files (please visit our website for more

info) Artwork produced by us will require the clients' approval before print It shall be the clients'

responsibility to check the proof to ensure that all details are correct as we do not take responsibility for any

mistakes or omissions once the client has approved the artwork Please allow from 24-72 hours for

preparation of your initial artwork and 24 hours for changes thereafter. E&OE

WHEN ARTWORK IS SUPPLIED - PLEASE NOTE: Maxxipress printing solutions print is not responsible for the

print quality of any print ready artwork supplied. While we will always try and check artwork and advise of

any issues before print, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect printing from artwork supplied

(including incorrect colours, font substitutions, image resolution etc...). Full details of how to supply your

artwork is available for download on our website along with templates. As we print Full Colour (process), all

Spot and Pantone colours, including metallics, will be converted to process colours by our machines upon

printing. If close colour matching is required please supply us with the relevant RGB or CMYK breakdowns or a

colour sample when placing your order. We will not be held liable for any copyright claim or dispute

between the client and prosecutor from artwork supplied.
