This timing reference antenna is specifically designed for

patch antennas. Their unique radome shape sheds water and ice,
while eliminating problems associated with bird perching.
Antenna is new old stock, ie. never deployed but maybe a little
dusty etc from having been shelf-stored for a while. For your peace
