Description:

Management role to ensure the effective transition of all new services into live operation and acceptance into Service. Ensuring good practices in standard methodologies and processes are used to deliver integrated solutions. Accountable for the FCOS delivery assurance framework and all associated collateral.

Activities:

Take the lead in ensuring that all aspects of service transition projects are driven into live service, in line with recognised best practice methodology;

Primary contact for all transition activities, working closely with internal and external suppliers;

Engage with all suppliers as required to complete production and approval of all service transition documentation and ensure all commercial & contractual, financial, and security policies and procedures are adhered to;

Description:

Leader of a matrixed team of leveraged HP and internal Ladbrokes staff. Responsible for the delivery of all hardware and support environments to support the internal Ladbrokes “StepChange” programmes by 2013.

Activities:

Leading a matrixed programme team, to manage all infrastructure deliverables across multiple business programmes;

Reporting weekly on variance to the scope, schedule and cost baseline;

Managing 50 plus projects at any one time, with a T&M value of over £10 Million.

Establishing and leading a programme team, to manage all engineering deliverables using HP best practices and methodologies within a standard project management framework;

End to End Accountability for the quality & consistency of all infrastructure deliverables, and their transition from build, through test, pilot and deployment. Governed via a delivery assurance method;

Ownership of the departments individual strategy & roadmap;

Overall Leadership of all build and deployment programme resources, Including a Team of 20 Infrastructure PM’s, A Resource Manager, a Project Support Team, multiple Resource Allocators, and some 70 plus build engineers;
