Please amend License No. 37-02523-01 as follows:

Authorization is requested to dispose of Iodine-125 RIAmaterial after five (5) half-lives have elapsed and backgroundradiation levels are met.

The I-125 waste will only be generated by the RIA lab. Thiswaste will be stored such that is distinguishable from allother radioactive waste. The I-125 waste will be stored for aminimum of five half-lives and until its radioactivity cannotbe distinguished from the background radiation level. -

All requirements in 10 CFR 35.92 (with the exception of the 10half-life rule) will be followed.
