MATLAB Report:

It is largest mathematical Laboratory. It has great use in engineering Particularly in (Electrical and Mechanical) to design different

parts of Machines. In Electrical Engineering/Electronic s engineering most circuit are designed here and checked

their output.

It consist of a lot of Libraries Out which each contain a lot of elements. It has different windows( i.e command window, M-file window, workplace window) etc.

Menu Bar;

Its consist of different options(i.e file, edit, parallel ,window etc.)

Icon Bar/Tool bar;

It consist of different function icons(save ,undo, new script, etc.)

This bar also contain address of file.

Side bar (minimized window Bar):

It consist of minimized windows(command window ,workplace,

command history) etc.

Command Window;

Here command is written.

Mathematical result will also appears here

Workplace.Values of variable stored here after declaration in command

window

Command History:

It consist of all previous commands that are used.

Save as Function;

Files of MATLAB are saved using (.m or .mdl ) extension.

Its consist of a lot of libraries.

Simulink is its largest library.

Simulink Library:

Its consist of following public and private libraries.

I. Commonly used blocks lib.It consist commonly used elements(Bus creator, Bus selector, data type conversions etc.

II. Continuous:It consist of (derivator, Integrator ,zero pole etc.)

III. Discontinuous:It consist of backlash ,Relay, dead zone etc

It simply contain some measuremental devices(( RMS, Linear mean

It is small lib, consisting of few elements in it,

It is very important sub lib. Of simpowersystems lib.

It consist of machines of both 3- phase and single-phase.

Power electronics lib.

It most important library of powerelectronics.it is quite large library. It

consist of (( Diode, Gto, thyrister, etc.))

Measurements:

It consist of voltage measurement, current measurement, Z-

measurement.

It is a large library of MATLAB.

It is further divided into many categories.
