However, if you have the book or have access to the book, I will give practice problems that are completely optional, they will not be graded. If you wish for me to look over your work, feel free to turn it in to me in class or see me in my office hours. Quizzes and Exams: Expect an in-class quiz at the end of class on most Mondays. Your lowest of the ten quiz grades will be dropped. There will be three in-class exams and a Final Exam for this course. There will be no make-up quizzes or tests except for extreme circumstances. Academic Honesty: Violations of Academic Honesty, such as copying, plagiarizing, and storing information will not be tolerated. Period. Grading: Quizzes will count for 20% of your final grade, as will the project. Each of the exams will be worth 15%. Attendance: I will not keep attendance. You are adults, you can choose whether or not you need to attend a course, or if you are even able to (sick or otherwise). Help Sessions: Every weekday except Friday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm in Votey 254. If you wish to see me in particular, I will be at the Help Sessions on Tuesday from 6:00pm-7:00pm. Access: In keeping with University policy, any student with a documented disability interested in utilizing accommodations should contact ACCESS, the office of Disability Services on campus, and then see me outside of class or send me an email to discuss accommodations.
