Garage
All dividing walls to garages are to be solid. Garage door to be provided to entry of basement, and to individual garage spaces. The doors will be ventilated as required.

Apartment Floors
Hardwood Timber flooring on 19mm plywood substrate with Synteko Natural finish. Provide Regupol acoustic system to first floor apartments below plywood to manufacturer’s instructions. Timber to be Silvertop Ash or similar
Walls - Finish Cement render with paint finish or set gyprock with paint finish
Ceiling – living areas
Set gyprock with paint finish Architectural upgrade: 130 x 12mm DAR KD Hardwood Timber lining boards finished with Scandinavian Oil finish. Timber to be Silvertop Ash or similar
Skirting Flush 100 x 12mm painted timber
Heating Gas bayonet provided to living room for additional heater if required
BATHROOM/ENSUITE
Floors
Selected bluestone tiles, or similar, and waterproof membrane to wet areas. Provide Regupol acoustic system to first floor apartments to manufacturer’s instructions. To be fully sealed to manufacturer’s instructions.
Walls and Splashback
White ceramic tiles, Yohen Border YB-1 from Artedomus (or similar), layed vertically with matching grout.
Ceilings 10mm MR plasterboard or 6mm Villaboard with all joints taped and set and paint finish.
Benchtop and Vanity
Caesarstone “Fresh Concrete” benchtop with Miky 42 Square Under Counter Basin from Rogerseller (or similar) Timber veneer joinery, silvertop ash or similar Drawers to be Blum Tandem plus Blumotion with maximum drawer length and height within each cabinet. All Hinges are to be Blum Cliptop with Blumotion
