She is currently Chair of the Strategic Inte-rest Group “Corporate Governance” and chair of the track “Board of Directors and Top Management Team” at the European Academy of Management. Her research interests are in the area of Corporate Governance and Family Firms.
Dr. Maximilian RappManager & Thought Leader for Innovation Management at Ernst & Young (Germany, Switzerland & Austria), Adjunct Professor at the International University of Monaco
Former team leader at HYVE – the innovation company for crowdsourcing & community –, Dr Rapp studied Politics and Communica-tion and wrote his PhD at the National University of Ireland in Galway and Queens University in Belfast.
