Osiris is great and notifies by email when something is wrong. Studylink is unclear, but not needed frequently. “Non-EU students search for good universities with low tuition fees or scholarships. If another university has the same ranking but a lower tuition fee, we go there.” Organise housing for exchange students Clear expectation management Pictures/videos on DUWO website Students who registered in time didn’t have any problems. Students who didn’t register, or too late, had a lot of problems. “At my arrival the kitchen was dirty and the sink didn’t function and it took 3 weeks to repair it.” “I feel too old to live in a student house so it took a long time and lots of effort to find a temporary home.” “Because of the VPN access I could watch the housing youtube- videos in China. That was great!’” Fine! It is all organised “I knew that everything would be fine with my visa, only because others told me so.
