ABOUT OUR PROTECTIVE HELMETS6

About the internal base

All of our Helmets are custom made with the base material of Plastazote® which is acknowledged as the most cited thermoplastic foam material in the medical industry. The material is used extensively in a wide variety of medical and healthcare applications, many of which involve direct skin contact.

Plastazote® outstanding properties:

• Pure, low odour

• Lightweight and durable

• Buoyant

• Non distorting

• Closed cell, water repellent

• Excellent chemical resistance

• Good thermal insulation

• Highly resistant to ointments and lotions

• X-ray lucent

• Ozone friendly (CFC & HCFC Free)

About the helmet shell

The outer shell of our Protective Helmets is manufactured from KYDEX® which ensures a longer life to these products. KYDEX® Is impervious to chemical damage, gamma radiation and body fat lipids. There are no seams to chip, crack or trap dirt. KYDEX® sheet is a seamless, simple and sanitary solution for every medical environment.

• High impact rated material

• Non distorting

• Excellent chemical resistance

• High breakage resistance

• X-ray lucent

• Non-toxic

• Ozone friendly (CFC & HCFC Free)

Components

All of our components are sourced from original manufacturers of equipment for high impact sports such as Ice Hockey, American Football and Motocross. As all of our Helmets are custom made, please feel free to call our technical team to discuss any

shown in any of our models.

Indications for use:

Our Protective Helmets are designed to absorb some of the shock or impact so as to limit injury to the head.

Massons Healthcare OMEGA 3D handheld scanner uses structured light technology to create the 3 dimensional dataat a very fast rate. It also uses fewer scanning targets than normal, which reduces preparation time and allows for minor movements without impacting the accuracy of the scan.

10 MODEL 2:This is our strongest helmet due to the cross section reinforcement. It is available in all colour and pattern options and it is compatible with
