THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION (CONFESSIONS)

Saturdays from 4:00pm-4:30pm Marian Chapel

(or by appointment)

“Among the Sacraments, certainly Reconciliation renders present with particular efficacy the merciful face of God: it is constantly and ceaselessly made real and manifest. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a Sacrament of healing. When I go to confession, it is in order to be healed, to heal my soul, to heal my heart and to be healed of some wrongdoing, In confession, we ask forgiveness from Jesus. Forgiveness is not the fruit of our own efforts but rather a gift, it is a gift of the Holy Spirit who fills us with the wellspring of mercy and of grace that flows unceasingly from the open heart of the Crucified and Risen Christ.” Pope Francis

FEAST OF OUR LADY OF ROSARY Saturday, October 7th, 2017

Dawn Celebration - 7:30am - Marian Grotto (followed by a potluck breakfast)

October is the month of the Most Holy Rosary. The Holy Rosary, or the Psalter of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is one of the best prayers to Mary, the Mother of God. The Rosary, a contemplative Scripture, is the prayer of the Christian who advances in the pilgrimage of faith, in the following of Jesus, preceded by Mary. Everyone is invited to pray the Most Holy Rosary for the needs of our Parish Community, the needs of your families and of the world on Saturday, October 7th at 7:30am. There will be a potluck breakfast following the Rosary. Everyone is invited!
