FacilitiesHammam and Spa Pool are free for hotel guests, members and guests who book for treatments. Accessible to guests 16 years and older.Bath suit is required for the use of facilities. No nudity is allowed in common areas.
Valuables and the Hotel shall not be liable in case of loss or theft. Lockers cannot be considered as a safe. Please keep your valuables at home or in the safe of your room.
How to spaWe strive to ensure that you always have the most bene�cial experience. Before a treatment, we recommend that you enjoy the spa pool and hammam or sauna which help in eliminating toxins from the skin and optimize the bene�ts of the products. Children under 16 years need to be accompanied by a parent for treatments.
Health problems and comfort levelWhile �lling in the assessment card, please notify us if you are pregnant, have allergies, high blood pressure, any physical ailments or disabilities, as this will alert the therapists in advance to provide the best treatment to you.
Late arrivalWe recommend you to arrive 15 min prior to your treatment to enjoy the bene�ts of the wet area. Arriving late for your treatment will limit the time of your spa service thus lessening its e�ectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment.
DevicesAll devices should be turned o� or put on silent mode upon entering the spa.
CancellationAny cancellation should be communicated to us before 20:00 on the day preceding your booking. If we are not informed of your cancellation, 25% of the price of the treatment or service will be charged to your account.
