ReducedOperating Costs

The optional Bellows Seal configuration canensure zero leakage to atmosphere for any

application involving highly toxic and dangerousfluids. Positive sealing and high life-cycleoperation are combined for reliable and safeoperation.

Low TemperatureOperation

The 21000 Series is also available in acryogenic configuration for effective and

proven process control performance at extremelylow temperature conditions. This isaccomplished by using a combination ofextended bonnets and appropriate materials.

High Process Yields

The 21000 Series can be equipped withvarious Masoneilan advanced digital

positioners and controllers for enhancedperformance and control. This results in higherprocess yields and real-time diagnosticscapabilities to support predictive plantmaintenance programs. Masoneilan offers theSVI® II AP (Advanced Performance) with HART®

communications and the Masoneilan FVP® forFoundation Fieldbus applications. Bothinstruments are available in single or double-acting configurations and offer advanced controltechnology, providing higher precision forpneumatically actuated control valves.Masoneilan also offers the ValVue® softwareprogram for PC-based communications withthese advanced devices.
