Day 1

• Fly into the Masai Mara picked up from Mara North Conservancy Airstrip

and transferred to camp, game driving along the way

• Welcome and allocation of rooms, orientation tour of camp followed by

introduction to instructors & briefing of weeks activities

• Native lunch freshly made salads, fresh tropical fruits and juices

• Short break to settle into rooms and unpack

• Game walk to rocks for introductory stretch and simple core exercise.

• High octane circuit training.

• Detox juice wake up call

• Sunrise yoga on river deck

• Sunrise yoga overlooking the savannah plains

• Bush breakfast with juices

• Light jog through the open plains led by Masai Warrior guides to wild

gym

• Natural core strength exercise, natural rock and dead tree balance zone,

repeated carrying sandbags, club throwing, dead tree lift, sandbag wall

and spear chucking.

• Rehydration stop.

• Stretches and assessment of morning challenges

• Lunch on river deck followed by free time

• Short walk to Hill climb challenge, timed ascent of steep hill with natural

obstacles

• Slow descent game walk to camp followed by free time and afternoon

game drive in the Mara North Conservancy

• Juice bar and camp fire conversation

• Dinner on the river deck

• Meditation & relaxation

Day 4

• Detox juice wake up call

• Sunrise yoga on river deck

• Breakfast with juices and smoothies

• Game walk Ngare Serian through Pusinkariak to Suguroi hill

accompanied by Masai Warrior guides natural core strength tasks en

route. Tree climbing, hill sprints, natural rock and dead tree balance

zone, club throwing, dead tree lift, bush crawl course.

• Rehydration stops along the way and wild game viewing.

• Hill climb challenge, timed ascent of steep hill with natural obstacles

• Relaxation and muscles stretches in the open plains

• Lunch overlooking the mara river and mara north conservancy

• Slow descent game walk to camp followed by free time

• afternoon game drive in the Mara North Conservancy

• Afternoon soccer with warriors and assisted stretching

• Juice bar and spear chucking challenge

• Dinner on the river deck

• Meditation and Massage

Day 5

• Detox juice wake up call

• Light morning jog along riverside, morning meditation with hippo

• Breakfast with juices and smoothies

• Camp hill course sprint jog led by Masai Warrior guides to wild gym

• Natural core strength exercise, natural rock and dead tree balance zone,

repeated carrying sandbags, club throwing, dead tree lift, sandbag wall

and archery.

• Rehydration stop.

• Stretches

• Lunch on river deck followed by free time

• Short power walk to sundowner hill climb challenge, timed ascent of

steep hill with natural obstacles

• Followed by free time and afternoon game drive in the Mara North

Conservancy

• Sundowner Juice bar and camp fire under the stars

• Dinner on the river deck

• Meditation & relaxation

Day 6

• Detox juice wake up call

• Sunrise yoga on river deck

• Breakfast with juices and smoothies

• Warrior Challenge – catch cattle thief a rogue warrior gone wild!

• Rehydration stops along the way and wild game viewing

• The ultimate hill climb challenge, final timed ascent of Ololoolo

Escarpment.

• Descent to riverside lunch

• Free time and afternoon game drives in the Mara North Conservancy

• Juice bar and camp fire relaxation

• Bush Dinner

• Night drive and relax in the comfort of camp

Day 7

• Detox juice wake up call

• Sunrise yoga on river deck

• Breakfast with juices and smoothies

• Closing address by instructors and weeks prizes for the worlds latest

greatest Masai Warriors.

• Transfer to the airstrip for your flight to Nairobi and homeward bound.
