    I. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

    II. INTRODUCTION

    During my first day of my OJT in Philippine Heart Center, Im so

    excited but a little bit of nervous and when I entered in my depart-

    ment (DETR-Research) I am Lucky because all of them are very niceand kind.

    My close friend (Samantha) and my classmates get together if

    lunch time with my boss and also me in my department, all of them

    are very happy once we meet each other and we are talking

    about LOVE and LIFE and laughing if one of my classmate is alone

    Like Domingo Special Mention.

    Im very Lucky because I experienced many things and Ive

    learned a lot of things about this hospital Heart Center.

    IV. OBSERVATIONS IN THE COMPANY

    What I have observed at, I observed most of them are short tempered

    and moody sometimes.

    The strength and challenges of this company is that they, I think the

    challenged that you need to do in this company that I experienced youneed to focus on your work and the strength is have a one goal to make

    their work successful.

    I think the best practice of this company is to having a workshop or

    training monthly like Cats Workshop to gain knowledge and to level up their

    capabilities.

    My over-all observation in this company (Philippine Heart Center) they are allresponsible and flexible in any aspects of there work.

    During my whole training in the Philippine Heart Center (DETR-Research),

    I think the problem/s that I have encountered while I worked with them is

    most of the employees are playing games while office hour and sometimes

    murmuring and gossiping with co-employee.
