It contains over 250 shops, a multiplex cinema, food court, and

hypermarket all centering around its space-galaxy theme, which

includes a rocketship that runs through the center courtyard of the

mall. Services for Marmara Park were provided by CommArts, now

Stantec Boulder. Marmara Park is located in the smallest, but most

densely populated of the seven geographical regions of Turkey. The

new center is approximately 100,000 square meters of retail space

on four levels.

Stantec created a full comprehensive conceptual design of the

exterior architectural character and the interior design of Marmara

Park. This included special features, amenities, custom graphics and

placemaking.
