I can reflect on what I found out from an experiment.

of the same kind. Stand each plant

in a saucer and water them. Place

one plant in a dark cupboard. Place

the other plant on a sunny window

sill.

What do you think will happen to

the plant in the cupboard? Write

down your ideas.

After 1 week compare the plants.

What do you observe about the

plant in the cupboard? Write down

your findings. Put the plant back in

the cupboard.

After 2 weeks, compare the plants

again. What do you observe is

happening now? Does this match

your ideas at the start of the

investigation? Write down your

findings.

In 2 weeks, complete the drawing

of the leaves of the two different

plants using the template in the

science appendix.

mean (for example, a square that may

be a piece of furniture should be

drawn on the map then identified in

the key. (Please see an example in the

Geography Appendix)

- Key language North, South,East and

West (adult support)
