Any member who brings in a full Senior or Junior member, who remains in good standing for six months, will be given a $400 credit on their account for future food and beverage usage. Please feel free to bring potential members to our Member’s Reception on Thursday, March 16 th , Thursday, April 20 th or Thursday, May 18 th . Potential members are complimentary guests and will be given a tour of the Clubhouse. Our staff will assist you in these endeavors and can provide applications as well. We will continue to run our two-for-one entrée incentive on Wednesdays and seafood specials on Thursdays. We do hope that you will stop in and try some new items or stick to your favorites. We are delighted to offer new menu items to our Club favorite, Café Pique Nique, designed and conceptualized by Jacques Pépin, noted cookbook author, television personality and master chef. The menu features a selection of items that are sure to tantalize your palate, served in a lively French bistro setting. We welcome members to experience our spotlighted dish of the month: House-Baked Quiche du Jour with baby lettuce salad, and grape tomatoes. The events committee is putting together a variety of events that will offer something for everyone. We hope to see you soon and often in the Club. Dear Fellow Members,

In anticipation of the newness of spring, we are offering some new initiatives and incentives.

DR. VICTOR COELHO

Born in Bryn Mawr, PA to Indian parents from Mumbai and Chennai, and raised in Washington, DC, Victor Coelho is Professor of Music and Chair of the Dept of Musicol-ogy and Ethnomusicology at Boston University. A scholar, lute player and guitarist, he has published several books about music in the Renaissance, and with his early music group Il Furioso, concertizes and records CDs of virtuoso 17th- and 18th-century music. He is married to BU professor Brita Heimarck, a specialist on the shadow play music of Bali, Indonesia. They live in Wellesley with their two daughters and a dog. A hobby turning dangerously vocational, cooking is slowly taking over Victor’s life…

Our members have the opportunity to experience our spotlighted feature: House-Baked Quiche du Jour with baby lettuce salad, and grape tomatoes. To ensure availability, we encourage members to make reservations for the Café by contacting the Club Concierge. Café Pique-Nique is available for private events and caters to special requests and custom menus on Tuesdays.

CHRISTOPHER AND MELINDA MULLER

Chris and Melinda Muller have lived in Brookline since 2010 when he joined the Boston University School of Hospitality Administration as the former dean and now as Profes-sor of the Practice-Hospitality. They met while in the graduate program at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and share a love of entertaining and being with friends.
