The purpose of this webinar is to assist producers with the 2015 CMS Individual Marketplace Curriculum Certificate Submission process by providing an introduction to the ComplianceWire training platform and detailed instructions for completing the task.

Marketplace Certificate of Completion
Digital file requirements: SIZE: Less than 500 KB (0.5 MB) FILE FORMATS: • Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)
• Image File (.jpg)
• Reader/Acrobat (.pdf)
• PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx)
You will need a digital copy of your Individual* Marketplace Curriculum
Certificate of Completion for Plan Year 2015.
* A combined Individual and SHOP certificate is also acceptable.

Certificates are saved on the Medicare Learning Network (MLN). You can choose to either print or view your certificate.

After logging in to the MLN, navigate to the Transcript tab. Select the View Certificate option. When your certificate appears on your computer screen, click on your Print Screen key. Open a Microsoft Word document.

When a Word document opens, click the “Paste” function. An image of your monitor/ screen should appear. Close the Word application, and when prompted to save, name and save the file.

Next to “User ID,” enter your NPN. Your User ID for ComplianceWire will always be your NPN. You may need to add leading zeroes to meet the 10 digit requirement. Enter the same 10-digit NPN for the “Password” field. You should change your password after your initial login. Next to “Company Code,” enter HCSCProducers as one word. This field is not case sensitive. Click the I Accept button.

Completing the ComplianceWire Form
Select the Knowledge Center tab. Click on the To-Do List in the left menu. Find the Title column.
2015 CMS Individual Marketplace Curriculum Certificate
After answering your password questions, you can view and access the “To-Do List” in ComplianceWire.
Search for the 2015 CMS Individual Marketplace Curriculum Certificate and select it.

Completing the ComplianceWire Form
If true, select I agree for the first statement.
Enter your FFM User ID.
Select the completion date of your Marketplace Curriculum Certificate.
If it applies, select I Understand for the next two statements and I Affirm for the last statement.

Be sure the digital file of your certificate is the right size and format. Then click on the Upload File link.
Navigate to the file, select it and click the Click here to upload the file button.

For User ID, enter your ComplianceWire User ID, which is your 10-digit NPN.
For Password, enter your ComplianceWire Password. If you haven’t changed your password, it will be your 10-digit NPN. If you changed your password after your initial log in, be sure to use your new password.
Click on the Electronically Sign button to complete the form.
