About the courseModern day marketing is all aboutdeveloping ways of better understandingconsumers, their lifestyles and choices.It's a popular subject which will suit you ifyou're looking for a career in advertisingand the media, public relations, sales,promotions and events management,market research, marketing managementand operations. It also gives you a goodbase for broader careers in business,management or administration.

Entry requirements: Academic – 220-300 UCAS tariff points,of which at least 200-240 must be fromyour International Baccalaureate orequivalent qualification.

UCAS code : Y002Additional informationWith joint honours, you can study for an honours degree in two or even three subjects.You can study Marketing as either a major, joint or minor pathway.
You'll be taking modules that are accredited by key marketing professional bodies. TheMarketing joint honours pathway is one of only a few marketing courses in the UK that isaccredited by The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) for a Dual Award. This meansthat depending on the modules you select, while you are studying for your qualificationyou also have the opportunity to work towards achieving the CIM Professional Diplomain Marketing as part of your degree programme.
You'll also achieve Institute of Direct Marketing professional qualifications, dependingupon the modules you select.
