Signal Generation:
SMA:
SMA Cross over generates a BUY signal when a short period SMA line
crosses the long period SMA line from below up
SMA Cross over generates a SELL signal when a short period SMA line
crosses the long period SMA line from above down
MACD:
MACD line Crossing MACD signal Line from below upwards is BUY or
Bullish indication.
MACD line Crossing MACD signal Line from above downwards is Sell or
Bearish indication
RSI:
An asset is deemed to be overbought once the RSI approaches the 70
level, meaning that it may be getting overvalued and is a good candidate
for a pullback (Buy). Likewise, if the RSI approaches 30, it is an indication
that the asset may be getting oversold and therefore likely to become
undervalued (Sell).
Stochastic Oscillator:
The main signal that is formed by this oscillator is when the %K line
crosses the %D line. A bullish signal is formed when the %K breaks
through the %D in an upward direction. A bearish signal is formed when
the %K falls through the %D in a downward direction.
