Bankas had 2.35 mil. Euros of losses. Investors reacted very positively to these news and liftedshare price by 5.86%. Although it looks like it was just a short impulse as next day we already sawa small correction. But still these results should increase iauli Bankas image and that will have

positive impact on its share price in the future.

One of the biggest losers this week was Lesto (LES1L) which generated one of the biggestturnovers this week, but it was followed by decline in share price of 5.47%. The main reason forthis negative change was that Lesto announced that they will not pay dividends this year. Thisannouncement was a little bit surprising because this year Lithuanias government said that theywill try to gather as much revenue thru dividends from companies, where they are mainshareholders, as possible. But it looks like there was more talking than actual doing. And getting

back to the Lesto share price it does not seem like it will change its trend nest week. Most likely itwill continue to decline or will passively move around current price.

Sanitas (SAN1L) this week had third highest gain in share price in Vilnius Stock Market. That mainly could be explained by speculations in media that Actavis Group could try to buySanitas if the acquisition of other pharmacy company Polfy Warszawa would fail. More fuel in fire

pours the information that Sanitas board of directors already consulted one firm about sale of thecompany. And it is obvious that at the moment smaller investors are hoping that acquisition willreally happen and they will be able to fix neat profits. Of course as Invalda (IVL1L) controls 25.6%of Sanitas these speculations also positively affects its share price. If information about possiblemajor investors will continue to appear we can expect further increase in both Sanitas and Invaldashare prices.

emaitijos pienas (ZMP1L) at the start of the week announced that they will pay dividends

this year. Company will divide 0.724 mil. EUR which means dividends will be equal to 0.014 EURper share.emaitijos pienas last years net profit was 5.38 mil. EUR.
