Marine Ladder 1. Accommodation Ladder
Accommodation ladders are simple pieces of equipment used with many different types of boats and ships. Designed as a portable device rather than a permanent fixture, this type of nautical ladder can be hung over the side of a boat or ship with relative ease, making it possible for passengers to climb into or out of the vessel with relative ease. The dimensions of the accommodation ladder vary, depending on the size of the boat or ship.
A typical accommodation ladder is constructed with lightweight metal that is capable of supporting the average weight of one or two people at a time. As with most ladders, the basic design is two poles or sides that are connected with a series of evenly spaced rungs. One characteristic that distinguishes an accommodation ladder is a hook design on the top of each pole, which makes it possible to securely position the ladder on the side of the boat when and as needed.
An accommodation ladder may or may not include handrails and a platform as part of the design. Ladders for smaller vessels are less likely to include these features, while accommodation ladders for larger vessels will often include at least one landing or platform as well as handrails that run the length of the device. The design for larger boats may also allow the ladder to be placed parallel to the vessel, or run in a rectangular fashion to the board of the ship. While older versions of the accommodation ladder were once made with wood steps, many designs today are primarily made of metal components, with some of the ladders designed for use with smaller boats including heavy duty plastic as well.

1.1 Aluminum Accommodation Ladder 1.1.1 Fixed Arc Step Aluminum Alloy Accommodation Ladder
The Fixed Arc Step Aluminum Alloy Accommodation Ladder (from 12 steps to 58 steps) is designed for both the crews and the passengers embarking and disembarking. It is applied for both sides of the vessel. The ladder step is fixed with slip-proof groove. The ladder is welded with aluminum alloy.
The fixed arc step aluminum alloy accommodation ladder has many features, such as handiness, high strength and convenient in maintenance. After the anodizing, the ladder has better antiseptic property.
All the technical characteristics of the ladder are accordance with the standard design requirements and production requirements. The strength of the ladder exceeds the requirement of the ISO5488-97. We can supply kinds of fixed arc aluminum alloy aluminum ladders according to the requirement of our customers.

1.1.2 Telescopic Accommodation Ladder The design of the Telescopic Accommodation Ladder is retractable, making it easy to fold them for convenient storage. A ladder designed for use with a smaller boat, such as a powerboat or yacht, would likely be a simple solid piece that does not fold in any manner. Still, the ladder would be relatively small and easy to store in some nearby compartment, where it could be accessed and put into use with very little effort.
The system is advantageous for ships of great variation in draft and requires less deck space for ladder stowage. Wire arrangement is such that the lower ladder can side down at a constant speed, and in relatively short time, the ladder can be extended to any desired length by simultaneous movement of length control and angel of inclination.

1 Rope Ladder
2.1 Pilot Ladder Pilot Ladder is used for the pilot embarking or disembarking from a ship. The steps, but the lower
four steps are made of rubber, are made of hardwood or aluminum alloy. The pilot ladder is in accordance with the requirement of International Marine Pilot’s Association (IMPA).

2.2 Lifeboat/Embarkation Ladder The Lifeboat/Embarkation Ladder is the rope ladder used for embarkation and disembarkation
during the emergency case and for crew’s getting in and out the vessel in general situation. The steps of the ladder are made of hardwood or aluminum alloy, except the lower four steps are made of rubber.

Pilot Ladder Magnet/Hull Magnet
Application:
The Pilot Ladder Magnet, also called Hull Magnets, designed to withstand aggressive marine environments, have no internal moving parts or entry points for seawater, which is a natural enemy of neodymium magnet material. It is used for clamping, positioning and holding the pilot ladder. It has been specially developed to make life safer for sea harbor pilot by providing removable anchor points for the ladder on the ship’s side.
