Multi-Core Tube Offers Real Advantages

Daechun's multi-core tube reduces installation time and installation space with the use of bundled tubes. It also dramatically cuts downon fitting connections, fitting installation time and fitting inspection time. The products achieve space-saving and cost-effective designsince multi-core tube is easily bent in any direction and protected from external shock by a triplicate sheath and filler system. The tubingsimply solves tube corrosion problems as an economical alternative to conventional bare exposed tubes, which are vulnerable toseawater and shipyard working environments. Centrifugal Oil Cleaner and Starting Motor

Centrifugal oil cleaners are widely used in shipbuilding and offshore projects as well as othermarine applications for extending the life of oil, components which can be damaged bypollutants.

Watertight Sliding Door

Each ST-manufactured door is equipped with individual hydraulic power pack, appropriate hydraulicaccumulator, junction boxes for electric power and signals to/from the wheelhouse, alarm bell, flashinglight, hydraulic cylinder, electric switches, solenoid valve and manual hydraulic hand pump with levers,operating handle.

Pilot Door

One hydraulically-operated, inward-opening-type pilot door is fitted on each side of a ship at a locationaccording to the ship's general arrangement. The ST pilot door achieves watertight operation by meansof a sealing system with rubber seal and stainless steel 316L compression bar.

ST can manufacture pilot doors to any special requirements and to meet SOLAS/IMO regulations. Itspilot doors are approved by classification agencies.
