• Cooperation: University with industry !

• Lots of opportunities for traveling !

• Meeting new people and build a network !

• Good scientific backbone in the project !

• Good funding for your scientific work, for conferences and for visiting partner organizations (and a good salary as well)

Contras• Language problems

• Organizational problems(e.g. how to arrange you travel schedule)
