Deepening Our Faith
Today’s first reading sets the context for
the Gospel reading by announcing that
God judges with mercy and permits
repentance for our sins. Using this lens
to look at the Gospel, today we can see
that our merciful God allows plenty of
time for the weeds and wheat to grow
together, so that the wheat is not pulled
up accidentally. Let us listen today for
God’s message of mercy.
This week, what can I do to be a
mustard seed or a bit of yeast, doing a
little good in a hidden way, making a
little difference?
Crecimiento en la Fé
Mirando el Evangelio a través de este
lente veremos que nuestro Dios
misericordioso concede bastante

Practice home security with your entire family
It is important for parents and children to get into a routine of safety. One of the major components of a good personal safety program is awareness. You can build awareness habits by following these tips:
• Check surroundings when you leave and return home every day.
• Make sure all doors and windows are locked before leaving home
• Keep your car locked when you are in or out of it.
