Dear Band and Color Guard parents:

Hello and welcome to the Chippewa Valley Marching Band 2017-2018 program. As a

parent/ guardian you are now part of the Chippewa Valley Band Booster Family. What

is a band booster? Simply put, because you are a parent or guardian of a child in

marching band, drum line, or color guard you are considered a “Band Booster”

allowing you to spend time with your child and help out where needed. What can you

do as a Booster? 1) Cheer on our band and color guard at parades, football games,

concerts and competitions. 2) Donate your time to help out at events, in the uniform

room, or chair a fundraiser. 3) Attend monthly booster meetings to find out what is

going on with the band and help out with planning or organizing the events. 4) You can

donate money or other needed supplies to support the kids as they put in a lot of time

and effort performing and representing their school. Join in you will have fun and meet

some great people and some really dedicated kids. Included in this packet you will find:
